Elephant Parade Heerlen is rewarded with an 8- (out of 10) by the visitors of the exhibition. This result comes from a report by market research agency RMI, who asked over 1400 people older than 14 years from South-Limburg (NL) about their opinion on the Elephant Parade.

The auction of 38 art elephants in Heerlen this afternoon was a tremendous success: a stunning 355,000 euro was raised. The top selling piece, l'Adieu Impossible, was made by artist duo Les Deux Garcons and was sold for 36,000 euro.

“Boven verwachting hoog” was de opbrengst van de veiling van de kunstolifanten van Elephant Parade, vanmiddag gehouden in het APG gebouw in Heerlen. De 38 olifanten gingen onder de hamer voor een totaalbedrag van 355.000 euro.

During Elephant Parade Heerlen 2011 you can admire an artwork by Richard Krajicek. The Wimbledon champion of 1996 has painted one of the art elephants of Elephant Parade. He was inspired by the place he prefers to spend the most of his life, the tennis court.
