"Inspired by a photograph which was sent by my father who retired five years ago and found himself a new path to be a mountain climber. The picture showed almost surreal looking landscape filled with vibrant colours along with a white path. The white path in the photo seemed very optimistic and symbolic, therefore I emphasized the aspect in the elephant painting with a hope of a good future for all the creatures in the world.The artwork is conducted by painting and collaging by cutting, tearing and layering pasted papers which are often cutouts of my etchings."
