Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas brought the world’s largest elephant art exhibition - the world famous Elephant Parade® to Bangkok in 2015. The exhibition consisted of a herd of eighty-eight 1.5 metre brightly coloured elephants – which had been decorated and hand painted by Thailand’s talented artists and celebrities to paint a brighter future for the county’s national animal.
The statues were on display in iconic locations throughout Bangkok in December and auctioned off. The proceeds of the auction went to The Golden Triangle Asian Elephant Foundation.
