"Before I started to paint the elephant, I thought about the story of the elephants, how they live their lives in the forest and live with humans. We might not be aware of the wild elephant because they live in the forest; but for those who live with humans, we always see their stories in the news or documentaries. Every time I think about an elephant in the zoo or one that works for living, it makes me feel sad. So for the Bangkok Parade, I came up with drawing an elephant's anatomy on the fiberglass elephant statue to send the message that we do care them."
