"I chose to create Rebuilding The Broken because the Elephant Parade Organisation is doing just that. Having read what the organisation stands for I realized that people care and are really focused with helping the Asian elephants. I broke the elephant because it most aptly addresses the plight of the elephants which is at breaking point .The tree represents the growth of not only the Elephant Parade organisation into something that is really making a difference, but also the growing improvements in the well-being of the Asian elephants because of it.The tree also shows that with the right minds, growth can appear between the cracks of something broken."
