In order to create something special and get Hong Kong people to ‘be part of it’, Elephant Parade Hong Kong teamed up U Magazine and Time Out Hong Kong - two of the city’s leading authorities on food, culture and events to help get the public involved in the creation of this unique elephant. By asking people to vote for their favourite local dishes after a rigorous voting process, timeless favourites like dim sum, egg tarts, wonton noodles and more were selected to have their moment of glory on this tantalising creation."
